Title: Field Service Technician

Department: Field Service

Position Overview: Are you ready to launch your career in the dynamic field of medical technology? We are currently seeking motivated individuals with basic computer skills and a willingness to learn to join our team as Entry-Level Field Service Technicians. This role offers comprehensive on-the-job training in general cabling skills, computer audio/video integration, and medical equipment servicing. If you have a strong desire to further your career in the medical field and are committed to providing exceptional service, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

- Participate in on-the-job training to develop skills in general cabling, including installation and termination of Cat5/6 and fiber optic cables. 
- Learn to install, configure, and troubleshoot computer audio/video integration products, such as matrix switching, and Crestron equipment, under the guidance of experienced technicians. 
- Gain hands-on experience in servicing medical equipment, including diagnostic imaging systems and patient monitoring devices, in clinical settings. 
- Assist senior technicians with on-site inspections, assessments, and maintenance activities, providing support as needed to ensure optimal system performance and customer satisfaction. 
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to learn project management processes and best practices for successful project execution. 
- Continuously seek opportunities for learning and skill development to enhance your technical expertise and advance your career in the medical technology field.

Qualifications:

- Basic computer skills and a willingness to learn new technologies. 
- Strong attention to detail and a desire to provide exceptional service to customers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree, technical training or certification is a plus. 
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Travel: Up to 40% travel with overnight stays.
